Deloris Elain Spencer passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 23, 2017. She was born in Seattle, Washington, on May 16, 1931 to Sylvia and Evert Peters. She married her high school sweet heart Fred Spencer, and was married for 65 years. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Deloris is survived by her husband, three daughters, Shelly, Christine, and Cynthia, five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Deloris loved to travel the world and go on cruises. There will be no open services. Her remains will be taken to Hawaii and spread over the ocean with her husband when he passes away.
