Hattie June Rouse

Hattie June Rouse of Port Orchard, WA passed away peacefully at home on September 28, 2017 at the age of 85. Hattie was born to Frank and Fern Hutton on August 21, 1932 in Oshwa, Minnesota. Her family moved to Eugene, OR when she was a toddler. On November 15, 1952, she married James F. Rouse in Cottage Grove Oregon. The couple raised 4 daughters and spent most of their 64 plus years of marriage living in the Port Orchard and Gig Harbor areas of Washington. Hattie worked in the banking, and medical industries in administrative positions. She also owned and operated a day care center in her home for many years.

She was proceeded in death by her oldest daughter, Sheryl Anne Pease. She is survived by her husband, James F Rouse (Port Orchard, WA); daughters, Carol Jarrett (Port Orchard, WA), Linda Kimball (Jal, NM), and Patty Shaw (Port Orchard, WA); 15 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Hattie enjoyed family, studying the family genealogy, and reading.
