Leila Rochelle Hooper

Leila Rochelle Hooper, age 43, residing in Lakewood, WA, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2015.

Leila moved with her family to Gig Harbor in 1977. She graduated from Peninsula High School.  Leila enjoyed art, especially working with pastels. Her favorite flower was the sunflower and they were often the subject of her drawings. While we grieve for Leila, we are confident that she is home with our Lord. 

Family members include her father and stepmother, John and Eva Hooper of Gig Harbor; her mother and stepfather, Sandra and Bill Nyberg of San Andreas,  CA; and a sister in Puyallup. 

Private graveside services will be held at Haven of Rest Memorial Park in Gig Harbor.
