Margie Marie Nebeker

Margie M. Nebeker-Lackey, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2017. She was born in Coffeyville, Kansas on October 13, 1922 to Elmer and Mattie Hite. She is deeply loved and will be missed by her family and friends.

Margie is preceded in death by her parents and step-mother Emma Hite, her sister Pat Mock, brother Gene Hite, and husband Walter Nebeker. Margie is survived by the second love of her life, Leon Lackey, son Jim Berman and wife Linda, daughter Robin Nebeker and step-daughter Dee Hickel, step-sons Mike and Bill Lackey, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was an Army wife for many years and retired as a claims Rep. at Allstate Ins. She loved the beach, her dogs, she loved shopping but mostly she loved her family and friends. She had a kind and generous heart.

Services for Margie will be help September 22nd at 3pm at the Peninsula Senior Living facility at 3445 50th Street Court NW, Gig Harbor.
