Harry E Proctor

Born in Tacoma, Washington.

Graduated from Stadium HS class of 43, attended PLC and CPS.

Served in World War II with the United States Coast Guard aboard the CGC Brown Bear in the Aleutians in the Bering Sea.

Harry was employed by Tacoma Pierce Transit for 37 years, retiring as safety and training supervisor. He enjoyed singing in church chorus at Immanuel Presbyterian Church, First Covenant Church, and Praise Covenant Church. At Oakland Presbyterian Church, he served on the session. He was a member of Praise Covenant Church where he was a member at his passing.

Harry was preceded in death by his beloved wife Ina, with whom he was married to for 52 years. He is survived by son Kyle and daughter in law Dorothy of Tacoma, daughter Christina Werner and son in law Jorge Delvalle PHD of Miami, 6 Grandchildren and 1 great Grandchild. There will be a viewing on May 16, 2018 at 2:00 pm followed by a graveside service at 3:30 pm.
