Lynn Louise Marshall

3/19/1960 – 8/9/2017

Lynn Louise Stanger was born march 19 1960 in St Cloud Minnesota to Ron and Marilyn Stanger. She was the baby to 3 siblings Ron, Steve and Debbie. She grew up on a farm, raising animals and gardening. A true country girl, and she never lost those roots   !

She welcomed her first child Antonio in April 19. 1976. As a young mother she always said that they grew up together. and not only was he her son, but her best friend.

In 1977 she decided to relocate and restart her life. She and Antonio moved to Tacoma, Wa and joined sister Debbie . She described life as being hard but good, this is where she began her career in the banking industry starting as a teller. She then worked her way up through the banking field, all the way to the executive level in management and IT. Over the last 40 years she has worked for such companies as Key bank, Washington Mutual, Russell Investments and Outerwall.

Along with her success in career she was also very active in mentoring and encouraging  youth. Volunteering in the community. Supporting the Boys and Girls club and hosts of other charities and small buisnesses. 

Lynn married Quinn Marshall in 1989 and one year later they both rejoiced at the birth of her first daughter Jalisa, born July 11, 1990.  A few years later they were overjoyed again to welcome Quinn-Jared born August 18, 1993 and 11 months later, another blessing, Julian James born July 21 1994.

Lynn passed away August 9, 2017 surrounded by her family and friends. Lynn is survived by her 4 children, daughter in law, 5 beautiful grandchildren, extended family and endless ammounts of friends that made her life rich with love.

Our faith tells us that this is our temporary home, we know that we will see her again, until then she joins her father in Heaven.
