Nancy Sue Moore

Nancy Sue Moore was born on Oct 12, 1941 in Burien WA and passed away on July 31, 2017 at Overlake Hospital in Bellevue WA.  She was loved greatly by her children and will be missed dearly by all.

 Nancy was a school bus driver and later a school bus driver trainer for Renton School District.  She loved driving to school and the bus garage for years with her husband of 25 years Robert Moore.  They loved the time they shared commuting to jobs they both were passionate about.   

 After retirement Nancy found her passion for helping other people.  She became a volunteer for The Fish Food Bank and loved the time she spent there and the people.  She was a member of Peninsula Lutheran Church and active with Manna Ministry.    She was able to travel some with her children and friends after retirement.  She loved spending time with her family. 

 Nancy is survived by her two brothers Clem and Gary Moddrell, her daughter Debra Zentner (Jeff) of Lynnwood WA, daughter Lori Surridge (Steve) of Sammamish WA, son Marcus Steendahl of Gig Harbor WA and grandson Christopher Stritzke (Lynn) and his daughters Samantha and Angela who nicknamed her Big Grandma.
