Scott Alan Schmittler

Scott Alan Schmittler, 56, a resident of Bremerton since 2009, died February 27^th just before midnight at Harrison Medical Center.

Scott was a retired music director around Kitsap County, and a professional Santa Claus for 35 yrs around Western Washington and Oregon.

He and his wife Cassie were members of Abundant Life Foursquare Church on Kitsap Way, where Cassie is still a member. Scott was a member of the Washington NORPAC SANTAS.

Scott was an avid gardener, loved to go camping with his wife and son and whoever wanted to tag along. He also loved BBQs with friends and fami8ly and a good crackling camp fire. Scott was an avid football fan – Go Seahawks! Go Ducks!

Scott is survived by his wife Cassandra (Byers) Schmittler, and his son Christian Schmittler. Also surviving him, his sisters Patricia (Thomas) Ruch, Bremerton, and Marsha (George) Gabri, Clinton, WA. Also brothers Darrel D (Stephanie) and Lindell (Tami) Schmittler. Preceding Scott was his brother Gary D. (Jannelle) Brothers of Phoenix, AZ, his mother Ruth E. and step father Bill Burns of Bremerton.

Memorial Services will be in April, Date and Time to be announced. He will be missed by one and all.
