Wayne was an accomplished musician playing both the guitar and keyboard with close friends in their band, The Night Owls. He was a great fan of baseball and football, Indiana Jones and working outside in his shop. He was lovingly referred to as "MacGyver" by his family and friends.  Wayne loved taking trips to the dunes with his love, Debbie, and spending time with his family.

Also survived by grandsons Brandon and Jordan, granddaughters Amanda and Kayla, great grandson Blake, brothers Robert and Tim (Anne), sister Lorrinda, nieces and nephews and in-laws.

Heaven gained an angel

the day you slipped away

And although our hearts were breaking

We knew you couldn’t stay

Husband, brother, father, friend

Loving kindness that knew no end

Your wings were ready to help you fly

But we were not ready to say goodbye

We love you so and wish you peace

Even though we’ll surely weep

The memories we shared together

Will stay within our hearts forever
