Dale Edward Powell passed peacefully April 15, 2022 with family members at his side. He was born in Everett, WA April 19, 1939, and was raised in Port Orchard, WA. Dale graduated from South Kitsap High School with the class of 1957. He attended the University of Washington where he graduated from the school of pharmacy. Dale was a member of the state pharmacy association, receiving his 50 year practice award as did his father before him. He was a West End Kiwanis member.
Fishing and boating were his passion, as well as birdwatching with Audubon friends. A canal boat vacation in England was a travel adventure highlight for the whole family.
