Born in Seattle, WA, April 29th, 1925. Died in Gig Harbor, WA at the age of 93 on February 3, 2019.
Attended local schools and graduated from Stadium High School in 1943. Army Veteran of WWII, served with the Second Armored Division in Europe. Upon coming back from the war, attended UPS and graduated from the University of Washington in 1950 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Chemistry. Worked at several local industrial labs and retired from the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard as a Chemist after 33 years of federal service.
Harry is survived by his Wife, Inge Roegner, Daughter, Tricia Tangen, Son, Douglas Roegner, and 3 beloved Grandchildren, Alex Garza, Ashley Garza and Anna Tangen.
Services will be held at Haven of Rest in Gig Harbor, WA at 9am on Friday, February 8th. Internment will follow at Tahoma National Cemetery at 11:30 am.
