Stanley M Charlston

Stanley Charlston fought COPD and pneumonia these last years. He died on May 8th  he was 85 years old.

Stan was born in Portland OR and grew up in Battleground WA. He served in the Army, attended Clark College and PLU. He taught math in the Tacoma Schools.

He and his wife Karen make their home in Gig Harbor where they resided for 52 years and enjoyed clamming, oyster picking and boating.

Stan is survived by a son Loren and wife Joanne. A grandson L. Scott and his wife Jamie. His daughter is deceased. She had two sons Donald and Travis. There are five great grandsons.

Rev. Molly Fraser will conduct services at the G. H. U. Methodist church in Gig Harbor on May 20th at 1:00 pm.
