Elizabeth Jane Boggs was born on January 26, 1922 in Breckenridge, Texas and passed away nearly ninety-five years later on January 3rd, 2017. Elizabeth and her first husband, Elmo Meredith Hall, Sr. had a daughter, Diana Jane "Dee Jay" and son, Elmo Jr.
Elizabeth divorced in 1954, and her brother John introduced her to one of his best friends, Carl Lloyd Lewis.
She married “the only man she would ever truly love” in 1955. They had a son, Richard Carl “Corky”, and a daughter, Adamarie.
Elizabeth worked in central supply and as an aide in hospitals for most of her career, and for several years owned a restaurant,
The Galley, in Ketchikan, Alaska with her husband Carl. She loved to read mystery and especially romance novels, and watch any kind of sports. Elizabeth is survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, two children, eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter who all loved her very much.
