Dear Laura, your Dad was a gem. I had the pleasure of knowing him while he served on the MultiCare Health Foundaiton Board. I remember one holiday party my car steering wheel was stuck as I had parked on a hill with the emergency brake on in freezing weather. He wouldn't leave until he could get the wheel unstuck and I could drive safely home. He had a quick wit and a fun laugh. I was really saddened to hear he was gone, but have good memories of such a kind man. You are in my prayers and thoughts. May all your wonderful memories keep him close by always.

Laura,
We were surprised and greatly saddened of Mike's passing. His positivity and effervescence was present every time we met. I frequently remember the first time we all met (remember the 4 am SAAB break-in at the golf course) and the early mornings when Hillary was a puppy and needed to be walked – it was a long time ago. More recently, I would run it to Mike at various nonprofit events, and he was always upbeat. Our hearts are sad for your family. Hugs to you.

I was so sorry to read of Mike's passing. He was a fun and funny guy and taught me about volunteers and how they should be respected. I'll miss seeing him and Laura at Massimo's. God bless you.

Laura, we are so sorry for your loss. Michael was always quick with a good retort or a joke he was a genuine gentleman and a good friend. I enjoyed my many years working with him and talking shop over a cold one. He will be missed by many.

Laura and family-
Mike was a larger than life man who had a huge impact on my life. I always knew he cared about me, even though our relationship was on of business. His smile, silly jokes, insights and networking skills were all things I admired about him.....I always knew if I had a "tough client meeting," Mike would insist on being there to support me. He had broad shoulders and I will miss my friend. Big hugs to you and the kids/grandkids. I'll see you tomorrow at the service.
Warmly,
Kim

Kim, thanks for sharing -- and my sincerest condolences to the family and friends in the area. Mike was also a great friend during my time in the PNW and will always remember his jovial spirit. Will miss the service, but sending my best to all. Wil

Laura, We are so sorry for your loss. Mike and you were two of the first golf buddies we met when we moved to Gig Harbor. He was always smiling and ready with a joke for us. What a beautiful individual and intelligent, sweet man. We are both sending our love and prayers to you.

Laura: we are in Austin for FSO and just received the disheartening news about Mike. As a believer always remember Mike is a bigger part of your future than he was of your past. Prayers for healing during this difficult time. Love and hugs from both of us. Katina and George
