1942-2016

Age 74, born in Long Beach, California, a resident of Gig Harbor for 24 years, Passed away in Gig Harbor, Washington, on December 27, 2016.

 Tom started flying lessons at the age of 15, and he retired as a pilot from Northwest Airlines, after a 41-year career in commercial aviation.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Paula, Their children, Ann Marie Berkshire, and her husband, Rice IV of Murrieta, CA, Eddie Graves and his wife, Diana, of Tacoma, WA, Two grandchildren, Christian & Elizabeth Berkshire of Murrieta, CA. 

Two siblings, brother, John (Sharon) Graves, of Glenwood Springs, CO And his sister, Julie (Jim) Shields, of Dana Point, CA He is also survived by his mother, Bernadette Graves (age 101) of Long Beach, CA.

As well as two aunts, many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

 Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 5th, 2017 at 11:00 am, St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 3510 Rosedale St., Gig Harbor WA , 98335  

 In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances may be made to the South Sound CARE Foundation, in honor of Tom Graves.
