What a lovely man he was! He played with my kids at his desk on weekends during floor duty, he repeatedly talked to me about The Lord and fully entertained us with stories of fishing and such I remember he worked at the court house when I was going through my divorce and I was always glad to get his hugs! They were great, he had a huge soft heart and I adored being around him- he had much love for his family -always bragging about kids and how wonderful his wife was!- he was a great man

I worked with Ray in Real Estate and he always had such great stories to share and was always upbeat. It was very clear that his priority was his wife and family. He was a great man and he will be missed. So sorry for your loss.

I remember Ray very well. I served on the PD with him in Roswell, NM and alongside him in Ruidoso, NM. Although we haven't seen each other in a number of years, that hasn't broken the friendship nor brotherhood. I will miss him. My condolences to his family and loved ones - you've lost a good man.

What a beautiful photo of Ray Gene. It shows his gentleness. I will always remember the kindness he showed me when we lost a dear friend at work, and his unwavering support and love for Ann E. Sincere condolences and love to Ann E. and the extended Garner family.
